I can't help it, it's snow-crystals again. They are so wonderful, each one in a different shape, some looks like stars and others like feathers. this is one of my windows today and as it's -18C (about 0 in F) I dont spend so much time outside

Wow, these look like ice sculptures...just beautiful...love how the first shot's lights give some warmth to the image!
It's easy for me to overlook the beauty in icy windows since I'm usually trying to pretend winter doesn't exist. ;-) The third shot is particularly appealing because it gives some prominence to what lies behind the frosty window.
Those ice crystals are so beautiful. I remember crystals on the windows when I was little; now we have double paned windows, so we don't get them any more. It also reminds me of Hans Christian Anderson's "The Snow Queen," where the two children heat pennies and press them against the frost on the wondow so they can see each other. Winter is harsh, but it has its comnpensation in terms of beauty.

Beautiful, they remind me of some of the ferns you find in the woods in the spring. Its like your own crystal garden.

These are great images for capturing the cold. I really like the pattern on the third picture - looks like more then just ice on a window.
Love the 3rd shot. Almost has a feather like appearance.
