Rich on vitamins and makes tasty jam and syrup. From my garden this summer, seems very long time ago when looking out to the deep snow. Another B is breakfast, the most imortant of the day. Visit my old blog Fotobloggen and visit one in my sunroom last summer!

Yum. Love the picture! It looks like what you call blackberries are what we call huckleberries in Idaho. We also have blueberries but they are sweeter and usually a bit larger. They are all good!! Fine B words.
